On the other hand, the blue hour represents a specific condition of solar light characterized by colder temperature and low energy. The golden hour occurs when the sun is very low on the horizon, typically after sunrise and before sunset. The blue hour takes place at sunset or sunrise during twilight when the sun is below the horizon.
